UpBeat UK app for iPhone and iPad

Developed by mHabitat and the Yorkshire Centre for Eating Disorders, UpBeat is a goal setting app that has been designed to encourage self-­management and reflection amongst people accessing eating disorder services and shared decision making.

The app is highly customisable with topics such as goals, schedule, distractions and quotes being personalised and tailored specifically for the user, with users being able to choose widgets for the dashboard.

This app has been designed to act as a complementary aid that can be provided in addition to the existing services delivered by clinical services supporting people eating disorders.
